Artículo Único.- Designar al señor Raúl Torres Trujillo, Director Ejecutivo del Proyecto Especial de Infraestructura de Transporte Rural -PROVIAS RURAL- como represente titular y al señor Edgar Quispe Remon, Asesor de la Dirección Ejecutiva del Proyecto Especial de Infraestructura de Transporte Rural -PROVIAS RURAL- como representante alterno, ante la Comisión Ejecutiva creada mediante Decreto Supremo N° 002-2003-PCM.
