Las Disposiciones para el funcionamiento del Registro Nacional de Medidas de Mitigación (RENAMI), aprobadas mediante Decreto Supremo 010-2024-MINAM en noviembre de 2024, tienen como objetivo regular el funcionamiento del RENAMI, a cargo del Ministerio del Ambiente (MINAM), abarcando las medidas de mitigación desarrolladas en el país, así como las reducciones de emisiones e incremento de remociones de GEI. Esta norma busca fortalecer la gestión integral del cambio climático, promoviendo la integridad ambiental y la transparencia en la información de las medidas de mitigación y sus resultados.
La publicación bilingüe (español e inglés) de este marco normativo permite promover una cooperación internacional más eficaz, facilita el acceso a financiamiento climático y contribuye a fortalecer la integridad y solidez del sistema de mercado de carbono de Perú.
Su traducción y diagramación contó con el apoyo de la cooperación alemana para el desarrollo, implementada por la GIZ y el proyecto “Apoyo para el proceso de implementación de las NDC en el Perú”.

The Provisions for the operation of the National Registry of Mitigation Activities (RENAMI), approved by Executive Order 010-2024-MINAM in November 2024, aim to regulate the operation of the RENAMI, in charge of the Ministry of Environment (MINAM), covering mitigation activities developed in the country, as well as emission reductions and increased GHG removals. This regulation aims to strengthen the integrated management of climate change by promoting environmental integrity and transparency in information related to mitigation activities and their results.
The bilingual publication (in Spanish and English) of this regulatory framework enhances international cooperation, facilitates access to climate finance, and helps strengthen the integrity and robustness of Peru's carbon market system
Its translation and layout was supported by German development cooperation, implemented by GIZ and the project “Support for the NDC implementation process in Peru”.
