As part of AGRIEXPO PERÚ 2025, the leading international agrotechnology exhibition, the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) is actively participating with an informational space dedicated to providing guidance on the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the actions the sector is taking to ensure sustainable, traceable, and competitive agriculture.

Through a specialized informational booth, MIDAGRI offers direct assistance to producers, companies, and visitors interested in learning about the National Strategy regarding the EUDR, sharing technical information, informational materials, and practical demonstrations of digital tools to comply with this regulation. Various directorates of the ministry, along with affiliated institutions such as INIA, ANA, AGROIDEAS, Fondo Sierra Azul, AGRORURAL, PSI, UEGPS, and SERFOR, are participating, presenting their services and programs aimed at strengthening the agrarian sector.

As part of the AGRIEXPO PERÚ conference cycle, on Friday, October 17th, MIDAGRI will lead a technical presentation focused on the digital transformation of agriculture. This session will showcase the AgroDigital application, a platform developed by MIDAGRI that integrates services like geolocation of plots—a free tool that helps agricultural producers meet the first condition set by the European regulation.

With this participation, MIDAGRI reaffirms its commitment to modern, digital, and environmentally responsible agriculture, boosting the competitiveness of the country’s value chains in international markets and strengthening the sustainable development of Peru's rural areas.
