AUTORIZAR el viaje en Comisión de Servicios del Dr. JOSE ISHITSUKA IBA, Investigador Científico, para participar en el “evento “UN/ Nigeria Workhop on the Internacional Space Weather Initiative (ISDWI) hosted by the Center for Basic Space Acience of tha national Space Research and Development Agency on Behalf of the Government of Nigeria”, en Abuja, Nigeria desde el 17 al 21 de Octubre del 2011.
