Hereby the parties agree, through their representatives, to encourage activities of technical and scientific cooperation in the fields of messophere and lower thermosphere regions, atmospheric turbulance, and radio science. This cooperation may include educational and researach activities, as well as provinding support services and expert advice for the purposes of both entities.
