ARTICULO 1°. - OTORGAR, a los herederos legales, el subsidio por fallecimiento, por el importe total de TRES MIL SEISCIENTOS DOCE CON 33/100 SOLES (S/. 3,612.33), por el deceso de su madre Angela Peregrina HERNANDEZ DE SOTO, de acuerdo al detalle siguiente:
- Bety Teresa SOTO DE CUETO (Hija) S/. 1,204.11
- Oscar Alfredo SOTO HERNANDEZ (Hijo) S/. 1,204.11
- Petronila Nancy SOTO HERNANDEZ (Hija) S/, 1,204.11
ARTICULO 2°.- OTORGAR, a la señora Bety Teresa SOTO DE CUETO, el subsidio por gastos de sepelio, el importe de DOS MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHO Y 22/100 SOLES (S/ 2,408.22), por el deceso de su madre Angela Peregrina HERNANDEZ DE SOTO.
- Bety Teresa SOTO DE CUETO (Hija) S/. 1,204.11
- Oscar Alfredo SOTO HERNANDEZ (Hijo) S/. 1,204.11
- Petronila Nancy SOTO HERNANDEZ (Hija) S/, 1,204.11
