ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR el PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN NO COMPETITIVO N° 02-2026-HRL-DEC-1 para la “CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE ALIMENTACIÓN PARA PERSONAL DE GUARDIA Y PACIENTES DEL HOSPITAL REGIONA

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- APROBAR el PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN NO COMPETITIVO N°
02-2026-HRL-DEC-1 para la “CONTRATACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE ALIMENTACIÓN PARA PERSONAL
DE GUARDIA Y PACIENTES DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL LAMBAYEQUE POR EL PERIODO DE 180
DÍAS CALENDARIOS"; por supuesto de "SITUACIÓN DE DESABASTECIMIENTO, en aplicación del literal
C) del artículo 55 de la Ley General de Contrataciones Públicas - N° 32069 y del Art 100 literal c) Situación
de desabastecimiento, por el monto de S/ 2,301,720.00 (Dos millones Trescientos un Mil Setecientos
Veinte con 00/100 soles); conforme a las consideraciones expuestas en la presente Resolución.
