APROBAR la suscripción del CONVENIO INTERINSTITUCIONAL DE OTORGAMIENTO DE CRÉDITOS PERSONALES CON PAGO POR DESCUENTO EN PLANILLAS ENTRE EL HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL LOS OLIVOS Y LA CAJA MUNICIPAL DE CREDITO POPULAR DE LIMA S.A conforme a los fundamentos descritos en los considerandos de la presente resolución.
