DECLARAR que existe responsabilidad por parte del servidor Carlos SANCHEZ Gonzales, por haber incurrido en faltas disciplinarias.
IMPONER la sanción de SUSPENSIÓN SIN GOCE DE REMUNERACIÓN POR EL PLAZO DE 30 DÍAS CALENDARIOS.
