The book was presented by Mauricio Novoa, the Editor, and commented by Lord Daniel Hannan, a Life peer in the House of Lords born in Peru.
This launch was possible thanks to the collaboration of the British-Peruvian Cultural Association -Britanico- and was attended by British authorities, members of the House of Lords, Academics from different institutions, Historians, Press, as well as other friends of Peru and people interested in the links between both countries.
