The Peruvian Embassy in Ireland, in collaboration with the Dublin Bar Academy, organized a successful Pisco Masterclass led by renowned Peruvian mixologist Giancarlo Nazario. The event took place today, July 2, in Dublin and saw the participation of mixologists, bartenders, and representatives from Ireland’s hospitality sector.
The Pisco Masterclass provided attendees with an in-depth understanding of the unique characteristics of pisco, Peru’s national spirit. Through demonstrations and tastings, Giancarlo Nazario shared his extensive knowledge on the history, production methods, and versatility of pisco in cocktail creation.
In his closing remarks, the Peruvian Ambassador to Ireland highlighted the importance of promoting pisco internationally as a way to share Peru’s rich cultural heritage.
