Dublin, September 7- This past weekend, the B.A.P. “Unión”, training ship of the Peruvian Navy, opened its doors to the public at Dublin’s docks, welcoming thousands of visitors who had the opportunity to come on board and explore Peru’s flagship vessel.
Visitors experienced Peru’s rich maritime and cultural tradition firsthand and enjoyed a vibrant performance of traditional dances by Perú Fusión, a folkloric dance group of young Peruvians living in Ireland.
The cadets of the Peruvian Navy warmly welcomed guests, guiding them through the ship and sharing insights about its history, training mission, and role as Peru’s sailing ambassador around the world.
The Embassy of Peru in Ireland thanks all visitors who joined this cultural event and experienced a living symbol of our heritage and national pride.
