Ministerio de Cultura firmó convenio de Cooperación institucional de transferencia tecnológica con Ministerio de Energía y Minas

This agreement was sign by Mario Edgar Huerta Rodríguez, general secretary of Ministry of Culture and Tábata Vivanco del Castillo, General secretary of MEM and will allows that Ministry of Culture counts with an administrative comprehensive management Sistem (SIGA) configured to they own need, this will aim an efficent management of the administrative process. The General Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Mario Huerta Rodríguez, display that this agreement evidence that Peruvian State can economize, worck in holistic way and utilizar las sinergias posibles. ?Wath we are doing is use a softwere own by Ministry of Energy and mine wish is olso been used by Judiciary and others Ministry as well", ?The Ministry of Culture will invest in new infraestructure expenses in front of wath it should mean to buy an other sistem... There is a huge diferent?. In the other hand, Tábata Vivanco Del Castillo, General Secretary of Ministry of Energy and Mines, enhance that the ageement shows that The Peruvian State is just One and is in the full capacity of sharing synergys, good expirience, accions and good profetionals in public sector. Cabe resaltar que esta tecnología permitirá que todas las etapas de costos, ingresos y Recursos Humanos se encuentren centralizados, a su vez contará con interfaces con el SIAF (Sistema Integral de Administración Financiera) lo cual permitirá la optimización plena de la gestión administrativa del Ministerio de Cultura.
