Superintendency Resolution 000173-2024/SUNAT has been published which regulates the RUC registration of non-residents acquiring the capacity of VAT withholding or collection agents when providing digital services or selling intangible assets through Internet; while, the user or importer is an individual not conducting business activity with usual residence within the country.
