In the Manufacturing sector, the precious and non-ferrous metals industry had an impact on copper refining; the preparation of fishmeal and fish oil for the start of the second anchovy fishing season; and the processing and preservation of meats. In the Construction sector, he highlighted the physical progress of Local Governments such as the improvement of tracks and sidewalks in the streets of the Juan Pablo II neighborhood council, of the San Antonio populated center; and in the National Government with transportation infrastructure. Also, it favored mining activity due to the significant extraction of molybdenum and copper in the Antamina Mining Company; as well as gold by Barrick Peru Mining. In the Agricultural sector, the cultivation of blueberries (fourth largest producer nationwide) increased due to high external demand, followed by corn, starchy corn and sweet potato; also the production of poultry, fresh milk and pork. And in the Fishing sector, the capture of anchovy for indirect human consumption associated with the first fishing season of 2022 increased; and the landing of marine resources destined for canning and freezing.

The Transportation sector showed a similar behavior, influenced by the passenger and cargo transportation service by road, associated with the celebrations of National Holidays and the air transportation service for passengers and cargo. However, the Construction sector decreased, due to the low investment of the National Government in the rehabilitation of the sectors affected by the El Niño Costero phenomenon on the El Sol-Panamericana Norte highway; and Local Governments, with the works on Av. Mariano Cornejo in the district of José Leonardo Ortiz,

Reduction of mining activity, affected Tacna's production by 10.3% and fell for four consecutive quarters
Productive activity in the department of Tacna contracted by 10.3%, evidencing a negative trend in four consecutive quarters, as a consequence of the low mining activity in the extraction of molybdenum and copper at the Southern Peru Copper Corporation at its Toquepala plant; and silver and gold at Southern Peru Copper Corporation and Minsur. The decline in the Telecommunications sector was reflected in the lower demand for controlled consumption mobile lines and subscription television connections. On the other hand, the Agricultural sector expanded, mainly due to the base effect of the olive crop (first producer at the national level), added to the positive result of oregano, chili and sweet potato. Likewise, The Construction sector grew due to the physical progress of Local Governments with the creation of urban public spaces in the Coronel Gregorio Albarracín Lanchipa district; and work on road infrastructure.
