Institutions and companies join the INEI for the dissemination of the 2025 National Censuses

In order to strengthen the dissemination activities within the framework of the next 2025 National Censuses: XIII of Population, VIII of Housing and IV of Indigenous Communities, The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) together with entities and companies of public and private sector signed a letter of intent that drives the communication in each stage of this important statistical activity.

The activity that is part of the campaign “2025 Censuses: We are counting on you” that stablish strategic alliances to promote the commitment and social responsibility of the entities, institutions and companies at national level, to the promotion and dissemination of the censuses, through its different platforms of communication that connect with their different customers, users and population in general.

The event was carried out in the main auditorium of the INEI and the letter was signed by the chief of the INEI, Dr. Gaspar Morán Flores and each one of the representatives of the institutions and entities invited to join the dissemination campaign of the 2025 National Censuses.

It is important to stress that at being part of the campaign “2025 Censuses: We are counting on you”, the entities, companies and public and private institutions will be recognized by its commitment and social responsibility with the development and the welfare of the country, since they constitute in those that carry the message to the population about the importance of the national censuses.

2025 National Censuses will show the new radiography of the country
During the development of the event, the chief of the INEI manifested that the execution of the 2025 National Censuses responds to the need to know the new reality of the country after the effects caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, the international migration and other factors that generated significative changes.

“The support of the allies of the 2025 National Censuses will allow that a growing number of Peruvians and foreigners in the country know that it will be carried out this activity. We appreciate your selfless support. The reality of the information collected will allow a better decision making, not only in the public sector but also in the private sector”, stated Morán Flores.
Among the first allies outstood Gloria Group, Perú Sostenible, Luz Del Sur, the National Society of Industries, Association of Microfinance Institutions of Peru - Asomif Perú, Grupo Distriluz, Bank of Commerce, The Associations of Universities of PERÚ – ASUP and the St. Ignatius of Loyola University (USIL).

Likewise, the National Fund for the Financing of State Business Activity – FONAFE, Agricultural Bank – AGROBANCO, Bank of the Nation, Postal Services of Peru – SERPOST, The Empresa de Generación Eléctrica Machupicchu S.A.– EGEMSA, The Empresa de Generación Eléctrica del Sur – EGESUR, The Company Concessionaire of Electricity of Ucayali S.A. – ELUC, Peruvian Corporation of Airports and Commercial Aviation – CORPAC S.A.

In addition, it also added the National Assembly of Regional Governments, The Peruvian Hydrocarbons Society (SPH), The Real Estate Municipal Company of Lima – EMILIMA, The Peruvian Economic Association, The Statisticians Association of Peru, Sociologists Association Peru and The National Association of Journalists of Peru.

Finally, it also added the Peruvian Association of Companies of Market Intelligence - APEIM, the Economic and Social Research Consortium– CIES, Iluminity S.A.C., Alac Ooh Perú and Capi SAC.
