This research analyzes the food insecurity in Peru that affects millions of Peruvians and how is affected by the socioeconomic determinants, of public and environmental policies. Used as sources of database, the National Household Survey – ENAHO and the Demographic and Family Health Survey – ENDES corresponding to 2024 and complemented with econometric analysis in order to analyze the mentioned determinants as well as to identify strategies that promotes the food security in the vulnerable populations.
