In May of 2025, the national production increased by 2.67%, mainly impacting in the development of Agribusiness, Commerce, Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing and Other Services; counterbalanced by the contraction of the Mining and Hydrocarbons, Telecommunications and Fishing activities. It is important to mention that, the growth of the country’s economy was influenced by the greater exports of agriculture traditional products, mining, oil and natural gas products; likewise non-traditional products, such as agribusiness, textile and fishing products.
