This study is an important tool to understand the dynamics of the population, the evolution of its size, its structure by sex and age, shows the changes of patterns of mortality, fertility, migration and urbanization. The analysis deepened in the older adult population of 60 years old and older, registering indicators that reveal the changes in age, sex, as well as living conditions.
