In April of 2025, the national production increased by 1.40%, mainly impacting in this favorable result, of Mining Commerce, Transportation, Accommodation and Restaurants, Electricity and Other Services; dimmed by the contraction of agriculture, Manufacturing, Fishing and Construction sectors, among others. It must be noted that the development of the country’s economy was driven by the growth of shipments abroad of traditional products such as fishing, agriculture and mining products; also of non-traditional products, outstanding agriculture, fishing and iron and steel products.
