This document is structured in five chapters; from the first to the fourth, there are registered the main characteristics of the births, deaths, marriages and divorces, taking in account the regular residence of the mother and the death one. The fifth chapter addresses technical, legal and methodological aspects of the System of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics and finally the statistical annex with a national, departmental, provincial and district vision. The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics, express its special thanks to the National Registry of Identification and Civil State – RENIEC, and to the Offices of Civil Registration of the municipalities of the country, for its valuable support in offer the information that makes possible the preparation of this document.
