This indicator quantifies and allows the monitoring, together with other indicators, of the evolution of the nutritional health in girls and boys of 6 to 59 months of age nationwide, this way, it helps to provide a global and comprehensive vision for decision-making of public policies. This indicator had been prepared based in the information provided from the Demographic and Family Health Survey – ENDES.
