This research has as general objective, to elaborate an index of citizen insecurity index (CII) at district level and of cross section, that allows a disaggregated analysis, to recognize the patterns and informs the community; among the specific goals is to evaluate the key aspects for a systematic glance of the Citizen Insecurity. The study has been prepared based on the data of the Integrated System of Statistics of Criminality aNd Citizen Security – DATACRIM; National Registration of Municipalities – RENAMU; National Census of Police Stations – CENACOM and the Information System of Police Units – SIUP.
