The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finances, within the framework of the program of Budget by Results, has been running since the year 2010 the National Survey of Budgetary Programs (before National Survey of Strategic Programs). 

 

The Survey has as its main subjects, the “Citizen Security”, which main purpose is to know if the population aged 15 and over, had been victim of some criminal offence during the last twelve months, likewise, to make known the perception of insecurity of the population and the existence of surveillance is its zone or neighborhood.
