In June of 2023, the national economy, reduced by second month in a row, by registering a slight decrease of 0.56%. This situation was influenced by the negative behavior of the Manufacturing, Financial, Fishing, Construction, Telecommunications and Agricultural; which was dimmed by the growth of the Mining and Hydrocarbons, Commerce, Transportation, Electricity, Gas and Water, Accommodation and Restaurants, Services Rendered to Companies and other Services. It is worth to mention that the productive activity was affected by the adverse weather conditions of the Coastal El Niño Phenomenon, the effects of the social conflicts in the investors’ expectations and the rest of economic actors.
