The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), governing body of National Statistical System, in strategic alliance with the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) and in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) executed the “National Agricultural Survey”, in the 24 departments of the country, during the months of May to October since the years 2014 to 2019 and on the year 2021 to the year 2022.
