This research has as overall objective identify the main changes in employment, experienced by different employees, dimensioning these changes, according to employment level and occupational category to explore the possible determinants at micro-economic level, on the side of the labor offer as well as the labor demand in the period 2010-2021. As specific objectives: • To identify the main patterns of work transition of the different type of employees, according to its employment level and its occupational category, with emphasis in those that are initially as employees appropriately and as salaried employees during the recent decade. • To analyze in detail the patterns of labor transitions, exploring their possible determining factors both of the labor demand as well as the labor supply between 2010-2021. • To explore possible determinants external to the labor market, that affects the labor transitions of specific groups of employees.
