In the first quarter of the year 2023, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at constant prices of 2007 contracted by -0.4%, explained mainly by the decrease of the domestic demand (-0.6%), as well as the goods and services exports (-1.5%), in a context of intensification of social conflicts and adverse natural events .
