In April 2023, the Consumer Price Index at national level increased by 0.55%, accumulating in the last four months of the year an increase of 2.66%; meanwhile the Consumer Price Index in Lima Metropolitan area, in the current month increased by 0.56%, registering during the period of January-April an accumulated variation of 2.35%. The annual rate, corresponding to the last twelve months, showed a variation of 8.04%, for the National indicator and of 7.97% for that of Lima Metropolitan area.
