The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) presents the results of the Monthly Survey on Services that shows the behavior of the activities of commerce, restaurants and services rendered to companies sector during January 2023. In this month, Commerce activity registered an increase of 1.24%, Restaurants 9.28% and Services Rendered to Companies 0.65%. It must be noted that this results shows some slowdown due to the affectation by social conflicts that led in stoppage of work, road blockades, closure of markets, blockage of free transit of persons and merchandise, among other factors.
