The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics informs that the national production during the month of January 2023 registered a decrease of 1.12%, after twenty-two months of consecutive growth, because of the contraction of the sectors: Construction, Telecommunications and other information services, Mining and Hydrocarbons, Financing, Insurance and Transportation, Storage, Postal and Courier. Nevertheless, other productive sectors showed an increase such as Accommodation, Restaurants, Fishing, Commerce, Manufacturing, Public Administration, Agricultural, Electricity, Services Rendered to Companies and Other services.
