The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), reports that the national production in the month of November 2022 registered an increase of 1.68%, as a result of the increase mainly in the sectors: Mining and hydrocarbons, Construction, Transportation and Storage, Commerce, Accommodation and Restaurants and Other Services. Nevertheless, those sectors that registered a downturn were Finance and Insurance, Manufacturing, Fishing and Telecommunications. This result has as base of comparison November 2021, month relatively high due to the statistical rebounce compared with November 2020 of new social coexistence, focused quarantine, mandatory social immobilization and progressive resumption of economic activities within the framework of the National State of Emergency Extension by the presence of Covid-19 in the country.
