Description
It is a statistical investigation that aims to obtain the rate of complaints of crimes and misdemeanor according to type and modality and the rate of homicides in Peru per 100,000 inhabitants by 2017. In the Registry will collect information on the total number of complaints of crimes and misdemeanor, as well as any violent deaths derived from a deliberate act, main characteristics of the victim and alleged victim, and any type of death occurring during the months of July to December 2017, registered in the Basic Police Stations who do not have the Police Complaints System (SIDPOL) and in the Specialized Units in Criminal Investigation (DIRINCRI, DIVINCRI, DEPINCRI, among others).
Objectives
1.- Determine the homicide rate for every 100,000 inhabitants.
2.- Count one by one the complaints of crimes and misdemeanor in their various types and modalities registered by police agencies.
3.- Know the number of the complaints of crimes and misdemeanor according to type and modality, registered in the police agencies.
4.- Know the number of victims/deceased and their main characteristics registered in the police agencies.

Execution Period
The Registry will be executed at national level between the months of February and April 2018.
