Peruvian avocado Hass stands out at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2022 food exhibition

April to September is the avocado Hass season in Peru. Thus, Peru's Pavillion at Thaifex showcased this fresh fruit and healthy products made with avocado, including spreads and tasty canapes.

Also, the booths of City Fresh, Vachamon and Navatan, renowned Thai fruit importers of quality fruit, proudly exhibited fresh Peruvian Hass avocado. 

City Fresh delighted the Thai public on 28 May with a well-attended culinary session featuring the Ms. Ana Rosa Chávez, chef of the Peruvian embassy residence, who demonstrated how to prepare a healthy and uncomplicated quinoa and avocado salad and supplied her recipe to make a most delicious avocado mousse.
