Miss Grand International 2017 visited Embassy of Peru in Bangkok

On Wednesday, 22 November, the Embassy of Peru in the Kingdom of Thailand received the visit of the compatriot, María José Lora, who recently won the title of Miss Grand International 2017, in a hard-fought competition in Vietnam, in which 76 beautiful women from around the world participated. Ambassador Fernando Quirós welcomed Miss Grand, who will have to reside in Bangkok during the year of her reign, and congratulated for such an important recognition for Peru, since once again Peru can show itself to the world, making known the best that the country has.
In this significant recognition, the Embassy also received the pleasant visit of the famed Peruvian designer Yirko Sivirich, who is one of the guests at the "Thai Silk Road to the World 2017", an important fashion event, in which the best of Thai silk will be exhibited, that has been taking place until November 30 at the CentralWorld mall.
Tonight, Yirko Sivirich's collection will close this event with a fashion show in which our Miss Grand International 2017 María José Lora, will participate wearing one of her exclusive designs.
