Development of female entrepreneurs in Peru

In 2017, PROMPERU took the initiative to develop a pilot program focused on leading female entrepreneurs called "Ella Exporta" (She Exports), with the purpose to strengthen the capacities of companies led by women with export potential.

Nowadays, this first initiative has been very successful and has achieved the participation of more than 20 businesswomen from the sectors of agroindustry, manufacturing, clothing industry, services and handicrafts. Also, a new project in the field of the electronic products is being prepared. PROMPERU has planned for this year to replicate the indicated program, both in Lima and in various regions of Peru.
