Peruvian Innovators participate in the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme, by the Royal Academy of Engineering

On 21 June the Embassy hosted a group of Peruvian innovators that are visiting the United Kingdom to participate in the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships (LIF) programme, run by the Royal Academy of Engineering and funded by the UK Government.
This year ten Peruvian innovators are participating in the programme, receiving valuable training and knowledge, and will be able to present their engineering-based innovations with the aim to contribute to the social and economic development of Peru through the commercialisation of their technologies.
Members of the Peruvian scientific community in the UK joined the group at the Embassy and were able to discuss important aspects of the development of innovation projects as well as to share experiences as researchers and entrepreneurs across their different backgrounds and specialisations.
