Apply for a business visa to enter Peru

If you are a foreigner who wants to do business in Peru, you must apply for a business visa at the Peruvian consular offices of the country where you are located.

If your country of origin has an agreement with the Peruvian State that allows you to enter the country without restrictions, it will not be necessary to go through this procedure; however, you must takeinto account that this visa is mandatory for anyone who is going to enter into a contract in Peruvian territory.

Conditions:

• The presentation of the visa application and the required documentation does not guarantee the automatic granting of the visa. Each application is evaluated individually by the Peruvian consul.
• During the processing of the application, the submission of additional requirements may be required.
