Inter-American Network of Digital Government (Red Gealc) brings together the authorities of the digital government agencies of the member countries of the Organization of American States (OAS). Along these lines, it is a platform that promotes horizontal cooperation, the development of participatory public policies in this field, the training of public officials, knowledge of key aspects of the construction of a national digital government strategy, and the exchange of solutions and experts among the countries of the region.

The Red Gealc has the three European members of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (Andorra, Spain and Portugal) as observer countries and is recognized for its inter-American status, following an initiative by the ministers participating in the V Ministerial Meeting on Digital Government.
