APROBAR la CONTRATACIÓN DIRECTA para la "CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE CONSULTORÍA PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DEL EXPEDIENTE DE CORTE DE OBRA Y EXPEDIENTE DE SALDO DE OBRA DEL PROYECTO: MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SALUD MARITZA CAMPOS DÍAZ, DEL DISTRITO DE CERRO COLORADO, PROVINCIA DE AREQUIPA, REGIÓN AREQUIPA" con CUI Nº 2322531, por la causal prevista en el literal 1) del numeral 27.1 del artículo 27 del TUO de la Ley N º 30225, Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, siendo el valor referencial ascendente a S/ 3,959,298.84 (Tres Millones Novecientos Cincuenta y Nueve Mil Doscientos Noventa y Ocho con 84/100 Soles), incluido los impuestos de ley, con Fuente de Financiamiento Recursos Ordinarios - RO, a favor de CONSORCIO MARITZA PROYECTO (conformado por SÁNCHEZ HORNERO GÓMEZ ANTONIO con RUC Nº 15552917992 y JUAN CARLOS LIMA LEANDRES con RUC N° 10327971706), por los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
