SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA para la EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DEL “MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO EN LA VIA DEPARTAMENTAL EMP. PE- 5N EL MANANTIAL - VISTA HERMOSA – BARRIO SAN JUAN – SANTA CLARA – ALTO PERÚ – ROSA PAMPA – SAN MIGUEL – GRACIAS A DIOS – LA UNIÓN – ZAPATALGO – EMP. AM 103, RUTA AM – 114”; ejecutado por el CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO VIAL VISTA HERMOSA” con Representante Común Sra. Janet Guarmiz Leyva y por otra parte el INSPECTOR DEL SERVICIO el Ing. Anthony Yrigoin Calderón, por el monto total de S S/ 376,135.00 (Trescientos Setenta y Seis Mil Ciento Treinta y Cinco con 00/100 soles).
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 37,613.52 (Treinta y Siete Mil Seiscientos Trece con 52/100 soles) a favor del EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO VIAL VISTA HERMOSA” con Representante Común Sra. Janet Guarmiz Leyva, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: EXISTE un saldo a favor de EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO VIAL VISTA HERMOSA” con Representante Común Sra. Janet Guarmiz Leyva, por un monto de S/ 0.11/100 soles (Once céntimos).
ARTÍCULO CUARTO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
ARTÍCULO QUINTO: NOTIFÍQUESE a la EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO VIAL VISTA HERMOSA” con Representante Común Sra. Janet Guarmiz Leyva, la presente Resolución, en su domicilio legal sito en el Jr. El Triunfo N°461 – Cajaruro – Utcubamba - Amazonas o al correo electrónico cgaxar.srl2016@gmail.com.
