Remitir la documentación que acredite lo solicitado en el numeral 8 (Requisitos Mínimos que debe cumplir el postor) de los TDR: CV documentado, adjuntar copia de DNI ambas caras, Registro Nacional de Proveedores (RNP), otros documentos solicitados y los anexos debidamente firmados al correo electrónico: uab300@oefa.gob.pe

De tener consultas y/u observaciones, estas se recibirán hasta el 07/04/2026 .
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
SE SOLICITA QUE, AL MOMENTO DE ENVIAR SU COTIZACIÓN, SE INDIQUE EL NÚMERO DEL REQUERIMIENTO EN EL ASUNTO DEL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO.
ASIMISMO, ES IMPORTANTE RESALTAR QUE LOS DOCUMENTOS PRESENTADOS DEBEN SER LEGIBLES EN UN SOLO ARCHIVO Y, PARA EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS, SOLO DEBERÁN REMITIRSE LOS DOCUMENTOS ESPECIFICADOS EN EL NUMERAL 8 (REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS QUE DEBE CUMPLIR EL POSTOR) DE LOS TÉRMINOS DE REFERENCIA (TDR). .DNI Y TODOS LOS DOCUMENTOS EN UN SOLO ARCHIVO
