ARTICLE 1.- APPROVE THE FREE TRANSFER OF STATE PERSONAL PROPERTY BETWEEN PUBLIC ENTITIES, of the state personal property decommissioned under Administrative Resolution No. 0158-2026-MPSM-GAF/G, consisting of ONE (01) BOOTH-CABIN, Asset Code No. 746417450001 (Item No. 51), in favor of the "SAN MARCOS" COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, for the use of security personnel, contributing to improving their working and safeguarding conditions (allocated exclusively for the protection and security of surveillance personnel for the benefit of community public healthcare), in accordance with what was requested and approved in Municipal Council Agreement No. 047-2026, Technical Report No. 009-2026-MPSM/OCP, Legal Report No. 140-2026-GA-JNVS/MPSM, and the provision issued in Memorandum No. 423-2026-MPSM/GM.
