ARTÍCULO 1.- RESOLVER de FORMA TOTAL el CONTRATO DE SERVICIO N° 047-2025-GM-MPPA-A, correspondiente a la contratación del servicio: "MANTENIMIENTO PERIODICO DEL CAMINO VECINAL, TRAMO: EMP. PE-5N (EL PORVENIR)-NUEVO TAHUANTINSUYO-VISTA ALEGRE DE CHIA (12+950 KM), DISTRITO DE IRAZOLA-PROVINCIA DE PADRE ABAD - DEPARTAMENTO DE UCAYALI", por haber incurrido en las causales del literales a) y b) del numeral 164.1 del artículo 164° del Reglamento de la Ley de Contrataciones del Estado.
