ARTICULO PRIMERO: APROBAR el PLAN DE DESVÍO VIAL de la Obra: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE MOVILIDAD URBANA EN EL AA. HH ÑACARA EN LA LOCALIDAD DE CHULUCANAS DEL DISTRITO DE CHULUCANAS - PROVINCIA DE MORROPON - DEPARTAMENTO DE PIURA”, CON CÓDIGO ÚNICO INVERSIONES N°2502812; presentado por el Consorcio Ñácara. El mismo que tiene como objetivo general establecer las medidas temporales de ordenamiento y control del tránsito vehicular y peatonal durante la ejecución del citado proyecto.
