DECLARAR INFUNDADO el RECURSO ADMINISTRATIVO DE APELACIÓN planteado por la administrada SRA. LITA LISBETT PINEDO VÁSQUEZ en consecuencia CONFIRMAR en todos sus extremos la RESOLUCIÓN GERENCIAL N° 001541-2025-MPCH/GDVT de fecha 17 de julio del 2025, emitida por la Gerencia de Desarrollo Vial y Transporte de la Municipalidad Provincial de Chiclayo.
