The present document has six chapters, the first one presents the results about the characteristics of the population victim of some criminal offence, complaints, reasons for not registered a complaint. The second and third chapter is about burglary of a dwelling and perception of insecurity, respectively. The fourth chapter analyzes about the surveillance in the area or neighborhood; the fifth one develops the changes habits adopted by the population to protect of delinquency and the sext chapter describes the security measures considered by the organized community.
