SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR la LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA para la EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE LA “ACTIVIDAD DE CONSERVACIÓN Y REPARACIÓN MAYOR DE CUNETAS Y ZANJAS DE CORONACIÓN REVESTIDAS EN LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL AM-108, TRAMO: EMP. PE-08C – PACLAS – OLTO – LAMUD, REGIÓN AMAZONAS”, Ejecutado por EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO EJECUTOR SAN JERONIMO” representado por el Sr. Andrés Homero Llanos Sánchez y por parte de la SUPERVISOR representado por el Ing. Franklin Jhoel Peralta Peralta, por el monto total de S/ 164,000.00 (Ciento Sesenta y Cuatro Mil con 00/100 soles).
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la Devolución por Concepto de Fondo de Garantía (GARANTÍA DE FIEL CUMPLIMIENTO), por la suma de S/ 16,400.00 (Dieciséis Mil Cuatrocientos con 00/100 soles) a favor del EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO EJECUTOR SAN JERONIMO” representado por el Sr. Andrés Homero Llanos Sánchez, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO: NOTIFÍQUESE a la EL CONTRATISTA “CONSORCIO EJECUTOR SAN JERONIMO” representado por el Sr. Andrés Homero Llanos Sánchez, la presente Resolución, en su domicilio legal sito en el Pje. San Nicolas N°136 – Ref. Frente al Establecimiento Good Year - Chachapoyas – Chachapoyas - Amazonas o al correo electrónico consorcioejecutorsanjeronimoll@gmail.com
