SE RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: APROBAR LA LIQUIDACIÓN TÉCNICA-FINANCIERA PARA LA EJECUCION DEL SERVICIO DEL “MANTENIMIENTO PERIODICO DE LA VÍA DEPARTAMENTAL PAVIMENTADO DE LA RUTA AM – 102: EMP. PE 5N (PUERTO NARANJITOS) - PTE UTCUBAMBA – NARANJITOS - MANDINGAS BAJO - MANDINGAS ALTO - EL RON - ALTO AMAZONAS - JOSÉ OLAYA - SANTA ISABEL – NARANJOS ALTO - LA CURVA SANTA CRUZ - PUERTO NUEVO - EMP. AM. 101 (DV. BAGUA GRANDE) – BAGUA GRANDE – BAGUA GRANDE, DEPARTAMENTO DE AMAZONAS”; ejecutado por el CONTRATISTA “CORPORACION AVIR SAC” representada por el Sr. Richard Alexander Torres Vigo y por parte de la SUPERVISION “CONSORCIO SUPERVISOR VIAL NARANJITOS” representado por el Ing. Jawetz Edwett Frank Gonzales Hinostroza, por el monto total de S/ 1’ 571,410.00 (Un Millón Quinientos Setenta y Un Mil Cuatrocientos Diez con 00/100 soles).
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: DISPONER la devolución de la Carta Fianza de Garantía de Fiel Cumplimiento CARTA FIANZA N°CF-0001488 y su renovación correspondiente a favor del EL CONTRATISTA “CORPORACION AVIR SAC” representado por el Sr. Richard Alexander Torres Vigo, posteriormente se disponga el Cierre del presente Expediente Administrativo luego de quedar Consentida la presente Resolución.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: ENCOMENDAR la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Portal Institucional de la Entidad.
ARTÍCULO CUARTO: NOTIFÍQUESE a la EL CONTRATISTA “CORPORACION AVIR SAC” representado por el Sr. Richard Alexander Torres Vigo, la presente Resolución, en su domicilio legal sito en el Jr. Triunfo N°1374 Chachapoyas – Chachapoyas - Amazonas o al correo electrónico rtorres@avir.pe
