Pisco Masterclass to celebrate the Pisco Sour Day

On the 8th of February, the Embassy of Peru, in collaboration with the Great Scotland Yard Hotel, organised a Pisco Masterclass to celebrate the Pisco Sour Day. We are delighted to see that our national drink is becoming more and more recognised at cocktail bars all over the world, including the United Kingdom.
Thank you Giancarlo Nazario for leading a tasting of four Pisco varieties and showing us how to make four Pisco-based cocktails: the famous Pisco Sour, Captain, Chilcano of Pisco, and Pisco Expresso Martini. We would also like to thank Great Scotland Yard Hotel for hosting the masterclass at their spectacular Sibin bar, and for their hospitality and assistance during this event. Furthermore, we would like to express our gratitude to the Pisco distributors that were part of the activity and who proudly promote our Pisco in the UK!
